Job Title: Research Coordinator

Brunel Qatar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our team. As a Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our research unit by coordinating studies, preparing regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study Coordination: Act as the central study support and coordinator for respective research units, ensuring timely completion of studies and compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Documentation: Support researchers and project teams in preparing regulatory documentation, including informed consent forms, case reports forms, and data collection forms.
  • Research Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain study-specific source documents, enrollment logs, trackers, and research binders, and assist in archiving research data.
  • Study Monitoring: Support in preparing study monitoring plans, study protocols, and timelines, and coordinate to ensure research studies are performed in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Undertake scheduling, logistics, and coordination of related activities at the site, including the collection, labeling, logging, and delivery of samples/cases as applicable.
  • Research Database Management: Collate, abstract, and update research findings and study data in research databases, in line with regulations and timelines.
  • Inventory Management: Initiate and track purchase requisitions of inventory, set up and maintain study-related equipment, and dispose of study materials as per standards.
  • Communication and Reporting: Draft research-related communications and updates SOP and manuals, and schedule meetings, prepare presentations, agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
  • Professional Development: Regularly maintain and upgrade own knowledge of project and study management and follow best practices.
