  7. LMS Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely learner records within the LMS.

  10. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a relevant domain.
  • Proven track record of managing learning projects and budgets.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and related tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client management and relationship building abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
