Job Title: Card Processing and Payment Solutions Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Card Processing and Payment Solutions Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the Card Processing and Payment Solutions Unit, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection, reconciliation, and accounting of card transactions for all sales channels across the QR network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to ensure timely and accurate billing, collection, reconciliation, and accounting of Ecommerce, Contact Centre, and IJATP transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate support to Station Finance for facilitating billing, collection, reconciliation, and accounting of card transactions for various sales channels at Station.
  • Resolve all queries or escalations related to Card Processing Unit in a timely manner.
  • Manage automated solutions for reconciliation and accounting of Ecommerce transactions to reduce manual dependency and avoid risk of financial loss to QR.
  • Analyze new Payment Solutions in coordination with Ecommerce team and other business units, and provide inputs from a finance perspective for CMC and Business Case preparation.
  • Finalize scope of services for RFT/RFP for new Payment Solutions projects.
  • Participate in technical evaluation and sign off technical evaluation report from a finance perspective.
  • Review agreements of selected vendors and confirm contractual terms from a finance perspective to contract department and assist in finalizing contracts.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Payment Solutions projects as per business requirements, and ensure that all newly implemented payment options for Ecommerce and Customer Contact Centres are tested on time and provide sign off User Acceptance Test (UAT) of New Payment Solutions from a finance perspective to Project Manager.
