### Design and Animation

* Develop clear ideas and concepts
* Produce sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to visualize ideas
* Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
* Create high-quality graphics and animations for various social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
* Develop visual content for social media campaigns, including motion graphics and video content
* Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs
* Transform abstract concepts and information into visually appealing and clear designs
* Develop and establish brand identities, ensuring that all designs align with the brand's values, mission, and target audience

### Social Media Expertise

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices globally, applying these trends to content
* Develop original, innovative animations for social media platforms, including videos and GIFs that align with the brand's voice and goals

**Requirements:**

* Proven working experience as a multimedia designer
* Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, image selection, and package design
* Proficient in design and animation software
* Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
* Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
* Relevant education or training
