Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Al Futtaim Group in Qatar. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Finance and Insurance (F&I) process and sales of a designated sales team within the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage F&I process and sales of a designated sales team within the branch network
  • Achieve personal and sales team targets set by the Divisional F&I Manager
  • Optimize sales of value-added products and conventional and Islamic Finance products
  • Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage documentation flow between AFF hub staff and F&I
  • Work collaboratively with the Showroom Supervisor to achieve targets

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems, and methodology

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and gain financial commitment from customers
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
