Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager

Job Summary:

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Identification and Research: Identify and research potential clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation and Communication: Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives to promote business growth.
  • Process Development: Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Proposal Tracking: Track and report on the status of proposal components.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Pricing and Sales: Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals and drive the end-to-end sales process.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare and submit sales contracts.
  • Business Development: Add value to business/product offerings to increase sales and identify and negotiate sales deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Business Planning: Create business plans for new businesses and diversify current business activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Tasks:

  • Market Growth: Actively seek out new avenues of growth and sales by identifying potential target markets.
  • Client Communication: Maintain good communication with current clients and reach out to new clients for further growth of business.
  • Transaction Management: Reach agreements on transactions, costs, contracts, and payments in order to meet sales goals.
  • Customer Support: Provide customers with pre- and post-purchase support as required.
  • Order Tracking: Keep track of orders and provide updates to management including commentary on sales trends.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis and provide findings to management in order to increase market share.
  • Administrative Support: Implement efficient administrative communication and feedback channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, marketing, and/or sales.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (5) years of business development experience in Qatar with minimum one (1) year of working directly with management in a strategic leadership role.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team and under direct leadership of executive management.
