Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Goals: Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals, including efficient management of Guest Experiences operational areas.
  • Guest Experience: Facilitate efficient, convenient, and secure entry process to the waterpark, support arrival and departure process, and provide the best possible service to guests.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide pricing, promotions, shows, rides, and attractions information and suggestions to guests, and sell tickets and other products via the point-of-sale system.
  • Queue Management: Efficiently manage and maintain queue lines, and ensure guests can enter/leave the park with ease by holding a valid ticket/pass.
  • Departmental Checklists: Ensure all departmental daily checklists and forms are consistently completed, and follow up actions are initiated and records are filed accordingly.
  • Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints courteously and fairly, provide appropriate service recovery as needed, and address to appropriate colleagues or department.
  • Sales and Rentals: Facilitate ticket, cabana, towel, and locker sales and rentals, and collect payments, make change, and balance cash drawers.
  • Promotions and Awareness: Maintain knowledge and awareness of ongoing promotions, and adhere to the company's cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Consistently upsell, cross-sell, and promote products, activities, and services to generate additional revenue.
  • Guest Feedback: Receive and record guest feedback, complaints, and enquiries, and provide professional delivery of all information via telephone and in person.
  • Lost and Found: Manage the lost and found counter according to company policy, and work in outdoor environments with extreme temperatures, wet, humid, or windy conditions.
