Finance Coordinator

Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.
Maintain organized records of all financial documents.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants.
Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate replenishment.
Prepare and file statutory returns, such as taxes and contributions.
Handle confidential financial information with integrity.
1. Financial Management:
Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Track and report on financial performance, highlighting any discrepancies or variances.
Support financial forecasting and planning efforts.
2. Record-Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues.
4. Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant laws or regulations.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or compliance checks.
Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles..
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
