Candidzone Qatar is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our Chief Finance & Planning Officer - Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating schedules, managing meetings, and arranging travel itineraries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and communications that meet the needs of our senior management team.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on English language proficiency.
  • Building relationships with our senior leaders to drive business growth and development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, with 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Valid QID and NOC documents.
