Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in IT or Computer Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into actionable plans and successful technology implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders project managers and developers to deliver highquality solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders including product owners department heads and external clients to gather analyze and document detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze and assess current business processes identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions through technology and systems.
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of business goals and technical constraints.
  • Create comprehensive business and technical specifications user stories and functional requirements for IT projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with IT development teams to ensure proper technical implementation of business requirements and systems integration.
  • Participate in system design process reengineering and solution architecture discussions offering insights from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops brainstorming sessions and meetings to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct impact assessments and provide technical advice on potential solutions to meet business needs.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose technologydriven solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Lead or contribute to testing efforts ensuring that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide postimplementation support and perform continuous improvement analysis to refine systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes IT systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
  • Handson experience in requirements gathering data analysis process mapping and solution design.
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts system architecture databases and integration tools.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding junior business analysts or other team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) or Project Management (e.g. PMP).
  • Experience in specific industries such as Finance Healthcare or Ecommerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages or frameworks (e.g. Python Java SQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of data analytics business intelligence or machine learning concepts is a bonus.
