Responsibilities:

Develop visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, Snoonu's app, and website.
Support senior designers in creating graphic concepts and layouts.
Prepare and adapt graphic materials for different channels (online and offline).
Work with brand guidelines and libraries for Snoonu and its sub-brands.
Assist in photoshoots and promotional content creation.
Design Creation and Development
Assist in creating visual content for both digital and print media, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, advertisements, banners, and email templates.
Design logos, icons, and illustrations as needed for various brand identities.
Develop layouts for website pages, newsletters, and other digital assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's guidelines.
Edit and enhance photos to improve visual appeal for marketing materials and social media platforms.
Collaboration with Senior Designers and Teams
Support senior designers in executing larger projects, taking direction and feedback to refine design concepts.
Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments to understand their design needs and produce high-quality visual materials.
Work closely with copywriters to incorporate text and graphics into cohesive and effective designs.

Desired candidate profile

from 1 year of experience in graphic design or a portfolio of student/personal projects.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Basic knowledge of working with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar, and the ability to write prompts for generating images.
Basic understanding of typography and composition principles.
Willingness to learn and grow in the Food & Grocery design field.
Attention to detail and ability to work with feedback.
Graphic Design Software Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
Familiarity with Adobe XD for web and app design or CorelDRAW is a plus.
Knowledge of Figma or other UI/UX design tools is advantageous.
Creativity & Design Aesthetic:

Strong sense of creativity with a keen eye for design, color theory, typography, and layout.
Ability to conceptualize and execute visual designs that communicate messages clearly and effectively.
Ability to adapt design styles to suit different brands and audiences.
Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail when creating designs, ensuring consistency, precision, and quality across all visual elements.
Able to spot errors in design and deliver polished work under tight deadlines.
Understanding of Branding:

Ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, fonts, and visual style.
Experience with logo design, print materials, and digital content creation.
