INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

Primary purpose of job
Perform application lifecycle management activities to ensure availability & reliability of HIMS Planning applications.

Analyze requirements design implement support and maintain highly complex application environment.

Hydrocarbon Information Management System (HIMS) solutions are highly integrated industry leading solutions supporting

business critical functions of the LNG Value Chain. HIMS Planning applications support the planning scheduling and

optimization of the integrated LNG Value Chain through advanced & innovative functionality along with builtin system

controls for managing the supply rights & delivery commitments.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of IT experience (ideally within the Energy industry)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT applications support environment providing technical support and training to

endusers.

  • Strong problemsolving skills ability to investigate technical issues perform root cause analyses and implement effective
resolutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing IT software projects.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical
requirements / effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software applications databases and system integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in customizing and integrating business applications. Experience with data analysis and data
visualization tools.
  • Ability to create technical documentation reports and user manuals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment and flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. Ability to convey technical
information to nontechnical stakeholders.

Education
Bachelors degree in any of the following discipline(s) Computer Engineering Information Technology Information
Systems Computer Science

  • Prior working experience with HIMS Planning applications (Quintiq or similar applications used in the Energy industry)
would be a major advantage
