Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Commercial Property Agent to join our Client s Luxurious Real estate team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial property market excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in securing deals. You will be responsible for managing commercial real estate transactions including sales leasing and client management while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and engage with potential clients seeking commercial properties for purchase or lease. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners tenants and corporate clients.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends property values and emerging opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Provide clients with datadriven insights and advice on investment opportunities.

Property Listings & Marketing: Prepare detailed property listings and marketing materials showcasing commercial properties to attract potential buyers or tenants. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional campaigns.

Property Showings & Negotiations: Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients highlighting key features and benefits. Facilitate negotiations between property owners and potential buyers/tenants aiming to achieve favorable terms for all parties.

Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial client engagement to closing the deal. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met including the preparation and review of contracts lease agreements and other necessary documentation.

Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring high occupancy rates and optimal returns for property owners. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding property management and investment strategies.

Networking & Business Development: Build and expand a network of industry contacts including investors developers and other real estate professionals. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed of market developments and to generate new business leads.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions client interactions and property details. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance market trends and client feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in commercial real estate with a proven track record in sales and leasing.

Skills:

o Strong negotiation and sales skills.

O knowledge of commercial real estate market including local zoning laws property values and investment analysis.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

Requirements

Valid driver s license (FOR CANDIDATE PRESENT IN QATAR/UAE/EU COUNTRIES)

Candidate Must be European/Eastern European National.

Candidate can be based currently in Eu country/UAE/Doha
