Roles and responsibilities

Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites and job boards.
Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
Create job descriptions and specifications that clearly define the requirements, responsibilities, and expectations for each role.
Design and implement recruiting plans to attract top talent across various levels of the organization.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize multiple sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source candidates, including passive candidates.
Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and other events to promote the company and connect with potential candidates.
3. Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and coordinate scheduling.
Administer skills assessments or tests when necessary to evaluate candidates' competencies.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
At least 3 years experiences in human resources work
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and computer literate
Strong in driving results and people management and development
Skills and Knowledge:
Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and assessment methods.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, including experience in networking and managing candidate relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms used for recruitment.
