Interior Fitouts Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.
- Oversee site activities and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Manage carpentry-related works and guide on joinery detailing and finishes.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions where necessary.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that work complies with standards and client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- **7 to 10 years** of proven experience in interior fit-out project management, including carpentry/joinery works.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, carpentry details, and interior finishing standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong network of vendors and subcontractors in the fit-out industry.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
