**Job description**
- _Reviewing the inquiries properly in terms of drawings,BOQs, tender documents, specifications, manuals, etc.Review and prepare challenges on the technical and commercial aspects.Take information from the sales team regarding the type of clients and their details and determine the client and their real requirements.Determine if site visit is required and coordinate with sales team for arranging site visits._
- _All the Quotations should have detailed cost Sheet with break ups on materials, labour, overheads, profits, etc, associated with the Quotation with cost analysis and details._
- _Verify the PO in detail and check if it aligns with the quotation in terms of prices, quantities and terms and conditions.Issue work order to the concerned departments internally with scope of works and budgets._
- _Works with sales to prioritize and periodically review the Inquiry Log to ensure Company is meeting its obligations to submit timely bids._
- _Fully in-charge for the estimation team,Assign projects to team members and promptly follow up with them for completion_
- _Team building, motivation of your Team, periodic internal performance evaluation_

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Interior Fitout Estimation: 1 year (required)
