**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Cleaning Team Leader** to supervise and manage our cleaning operations. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while leading and motivating a team of cleaners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Deliver toolbox talks and support training and staff development initiatives.
- Prepare and manage daily work schedules, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
- Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues.
- Handle workload variations and provide guidance during peak operations.
- Foster a supportive, disciplined, and productive work environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader in facility services.
- Strong understanding of cleaning methods, materials, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing cleaning consumables and inventory.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
