**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Lead by example, maintaining excellent guest relations and professional behaviour at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests in **Arabic and English**, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance to uphold service and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure timely service and teamwork.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready before and after service.
- Assist management in achieving revenue goals through effective upselling and service quality.
- Maintain accurate reports on daily operations, staff performance, and inventory when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a **Team Leader, Captain Waiter, or Senior Waiter** in an **Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant**.
- **Arabic nationality** (required).
- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of Arabic cuisine, culture, and dining traditions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
