**Résumé des fonctions**

Distribuer des uniformes propres au personnel selon les instructions de la compagnie. Consigner les uniformes assignés et non assignés lors de la distribution, du retour ou du nettoyage. Contrôler l'état des uniformes, retirer les uniformes non conformes et demander leur remplacement. Effectuer l'inventaire des uniformes et du linge conformément aux instructions.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité de la chaîne ; rapporter les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps ou pendant tout le quart. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des charges pesant 12 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
