**Civil 3D Draftsman**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **2D and 3D civil drawings** including roadways, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Perform **surface grading, earthwork calculations, and terrain modeling** using Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
- Review and coordinate models in **Navisworks** for clash detection and project integration.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and local regulations.
- Support infrastructure and landscape design projects with accurate drafting and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Civil 3D Draftsman.
- Strong knowledge of **Civil 3D** and **Navisworks**.
- Experience in **landscape, infrastructure, and utility services projects** is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
