We are seeking a **Civil Draftsman** with proven experience in fit-out and interior projects, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver precise, high-quality drawings under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate **2D AutoCAD drawings** and **detailed drawings** for fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.
- Ensure **80-100 AutoCAD speed and precision** for quick and accurate output.
- Create and update **as-built drawings** and project documentation.
- Support in **BOQ preparation** and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings match project requirements.
- Attend **client meetings** to gather and incorporate client requirements.
- Provide on-site support to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.
- **Strictly follow up with project teams** to ensure work is happening as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Develop **3D models and visualizations** when needed (preferred skill).
- Maintain compliance with **local codes, standards, and regulations** in all drawings.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a Civil Draftsman in fit-out/interior design companies.
- **GCC project experience required.**:

- **High proficiency in AutoCAD** with speed and accuracy (80-100).
- Preferred skills**:3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop** (for 3D modeling & presentation work).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and finishing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and **fluency in English** (written & spoken).
- Smart, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
