**Duties**
- Inspect coated surfaces using precision measuring instruments and visual assessment techniques to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct materials handling, including forklift operation and crane usage, to facilitate efficient movement of materials and finished products.
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding, cleaning, and auto body repair to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
- Document inspection results accurately, including detailed reports on coating thickness, finish quality, and surface defects.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, machining, assembly, and fabrication teams to maintain seamless workflow and uphold safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of machining, fabrication, or assembly processes.
- Familiarity with industrial painting techniques such as airless paint spraying and auto painting.
- Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with understanding of materials handling and surface preparation methods.
- Basic math skills for measuring coating thicknesses and performing calculations related to quality control.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments used in coating inspections.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
- Warehouse experience is a plus for managing inventory and materials flow efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.
