**Job Description** Spa Attendant**

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa’s high standards of hygiene and service.
- Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
- Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
- Maintain the spa’s ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation.
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of spa services and facilities.
