**Project Coordinator**
**Location**: Qatar
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and assist with all PD events and programs (Annual Forum, Workshops, etc.) in collaboration with the Communications and PR Manager and team
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive, validated database of contacts relevant to PD conferences
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to finalize plans and monitor timelines and budgets through coordination with all partners
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Foundation policies, guidelines, and standards
- Manage the PD center’s events/conference calendar; obtain director approvals and communicate schedules to relevant stakeholders
- Support the team in defining key objectives and expected outcomes for events/conferences, aligning with PUE strategic goals
- Act as a primary contact for conference and event-related inquiries, including availability on weekends or after hours if needed
- Provide complete coordination in planning and executing PD center conferences/events
- Participate actively in daily department update meetings for efficient information sharing
- Assist in monitoring departmental budgets for compliance
- Organize and coordinate operational review meetings to track event progress
- Assist in developing and reviewing project plans to ensure timely achievement of tasks and milestones
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and agendas for submission to the Academic Outreach Director
- Provide PR and logístical support related to PD conferences
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper filing of all project documents
- Manage professional development projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of database and project management
