Receive requests from relevant stakeholders and record them in the project management system.
- Prepare daily work plans and assign tasks to technical teams according to project priorities and schedule.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to request the necessary products or equipment according to specified requirements.
- Coordinate work among technical teams, define tasks, and schedule execution at required locations.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the client, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Monitor the implementation of project plans and ensure adherence to the specified schedule and budget.
- Close requests after confirming the completion of work and liaise with relevant departments.
- Track all requests and ensure they are executed on time and as required.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management on performance and achievements.
- Manage modifications or changes to the project scope based on new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Provide suggestions to improve project management processes and enhance overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management certification is an added advantage (e.g., PMP).
- Advanced skills in using project management systems and related technologies.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in fields requiring collaboration between technical teams and suppliers.
- Experience in overseeing field execution and ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to prepare reports and accurately track requests and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
