**Mechanical/Piping Designer Responsibilities**:

- Design Development: Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project stakeholders to develop detailed design plans, layouts, and models for mechanical systems and piping networks.
- CAD Drafting and 3D Modeling: Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, E3D, or similar) to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components and piping systems, including isometrics and equipment arrangements.
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs): Develop and interpret P&IDs, ensuring proper representation of piping, instrumentation, and equipment in the design.
- Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials for mechanical components and piping based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Building Codes and Standards: Ensure that all design work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Prepare comprehensive BOMs and specifications to support procurement and construction activities.
- Technical Documentation: Generate detailed engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and installation guidelines to facilitate project execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design efforts and ensure seamless integration of mechanical and piping systems.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify designs for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in CAD & BIM technologies, mechanical design tools, and industry best practices to enhance design efficiency and quality.

**Mechanical/Piping Designer Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in GCC project.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical/Piping Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, E3D, Revit, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar.
- Familiarity with mechanical design principles, piping layout, and fluid dynamics.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ANSI.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams and convey design information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with piping stress analysis software is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
