Job Description: As an Account Manager at Canon Qatar, you will play a crucial role in the innovative business sales team, responsible for acquiring new Business to Business (B2B) clients and driving business and revenue growth by promoting Canon's core products and exploiting Office Imaging & Solutions opportunities.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Regularly engaging with potential customers to establish relationships and serve as their advocate within Canon Qatar
- Understanding each client's unique environment, business needs, and technology vision to fulfill their requirements and grow their annual revenue
- Generating top-quality prospects from small to mid-size businesses across Qatar and managing an active pipeline
- Establishing strong business contacts/relationships with leads through data gathering and leading customers on the journey to becoming clients
- Acquiring and closing new business deals through cold calling, prospecting, tele-sales, and face-to-face sales presentations
- Identifying qualified prospects, navigating company structures, and seeking new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects
- Delivering presentations and proposals, quoting prices and rates, and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Guaranteeing a seamless onboarding process for new clients, introducing the Account Manager and the team, and establishing regular communication going forward
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- B2B Account Management background preferred, with a minimum of 5+ years of sales professional experience
- Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) is a plus
- Proven lead generation and cold calling experience
- Outstanding lead generation, sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Social media skills (LinkedIn, Networking, etc.)
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (written & verbal)
- Valid Qatar driving license & car (Must)
- Fluency in Written / Spoken English & Arabic (Must)
- Valid Qatar Residency with transferable iqama
