Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cheesecake, cookies, pies, brownies etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Previous experience in Pastry from a restaurant, cafe, or hotel is required
- Prepare, cook and produce food to the companies standard, with particular emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy
- Developing new recipes for seasonal menus.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Co-ordinates with the staff to use raw materials efficiently with maximum yield and minimum wastage.
- Developing new recipes for seasonal menus.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and flooring
- Observe all safety rules and procedures
- Ensure that equipment and materials are not left in dangerous stat
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene for self and for all staff under him
- Assist Manager in indenting for provisions
- Assign the staff to follow FIFO (First IN First OUT) system of handling raw materials and processed food at all times.
- Maintains the area in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
- Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
- Follows the resorts policies and procedures and adheres to the grooming policies
- Other duties as required

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
