**Position Overview**: The MEP QA/QC will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installed in our construction projects. The role involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and coordinating with project teams to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections and audits of MEP systems during various stages of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify potential quality issues and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists specific to MEP systems to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Perform material and equipment inspections to verify compliance with approved specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor and track MEP installation activities to identify deviations from the approved plans and specifications and take appropriate corrective measures.
- Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality, performance, and safety.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports, documentation, and records to track quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel on quality requirements, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices related to MEP systems and quality assurance/quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in MEP quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and quality control activities for MEP installations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and MS Office Suite.
