**Responsibilities**:
** Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

** Space Planning**:

- Develop floor plans and layouts that optimize space utilization and functionality.
- Select furniture, lighting, and other interior elements that complement the overall design scheme.
- Consider factors such as traffic flow, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

** Sales**:

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

** Merchandising**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Create visually appealing displays and vignettes that showcase products effectively.
- Maintain a cohesive brand identity throughout the showroom.
- Update displays seasonally or as needed to keep the showroom fresh and exciting.

** Administration**:

- Prepare and maintain sales reports and other relevant documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in selecting products and making purchasing decisions.
- Provide design advice and recommendations.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns.

** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source products and materials.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong design skills and a creative eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
