Furniture Showroom Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets sales targets.
- **Sales Leadership**: Drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching staff, and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising furniture displays to optimize sales potential.
- **Staff Training**: Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional growth.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and events to attract customers.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain attractive and functional showroom displays that showcase our product range effectively.
- **Budgeting and Reporting**: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
