As the Technical Manager - Civil & Structure, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil and structural aspects of our construction projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

- **Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with various teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- **Budget and Cost Management**: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness. Implement strategies to optimize costs without compromising project quality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address any project-related issues to prevent delays or setbacks.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
- **Project Reporting**: Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to management and stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed of project progress and milestones.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to commute/relocate:
