**Job Summary**:Welding Supervisor in the oil & gas piping sector, you will oversee and manage welding operations, ensuring that all welding activities comply with the highest quality, safety, and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing welding procedures, selecting appropriate materials and techniques, and supervising welding teams to ensure the proper execution of welding tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review, and implement welding procedures (WPS), ensuring they meet project specifications and international standards.
- Supervise and monitor welding operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Select appropriate welding materials, processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW), and equipment based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Welding Foreman, QC Inspector, and project teams to resolve any welding-related issues and ensure technical accuracy.
- Inspect welds during and after the welding process, using non-destructive testing methods (NDT) to ensure quality and integrity.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure proper implementation in the field.
- Conduct training and mentoring programs to develop the skills of welding personnel and ensure the highest level of performance.
- Maintain accurate records of welding procedures, inspections, and tests, ensuring compliance with project documentation requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in welding processes, equipment, and materials to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and client specifications, while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Good knowledge in Excel.

**Qualifications**:
Mechanical BE/Diploma, Experience in different materials as CS/SS/Alloy/DSS/SDSS with 10+ years of Oil & Gas Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification such as CSWIP 3.2.1 (Certified Welding Inspector) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in various welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW) and familiarity with industry codes and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage and support welding teams.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality welding standards.
- Experience in working with international teams and managing welding operations in a multicultural environment.
