As the Head of Islamic Treasury Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building a sales culture, working across the bank to drive business development initiatives and early revenues for the bank. Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, you will take a hands-on role in building & nurturing relationships with corporate clients & proactively identify solutions that would benefit them. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets & business objectives. - Lead & mentor a team of treasury sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance excellence. - Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with key clients and senor external stakeholders in the Islamic finance ecosystem. - Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue generation. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including coverage, product, risk and compliance teams, to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. **Requirements**: - Proven track record of success in an Islamic Treasury Sales Coverage role, with a focus on cross-selling and relationship management. - Experienced professional within Islamic Treasury Sales who has a strategic mindset and who has a clear view on how to build out revenue. - Middle East Islamic Banking exposure in a Treasury Sales Coverage role. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of Islamic Finance principles & products. - Ambitious and proactive mindset, with a passion for driving business innovation and growth.
