Summary

We are presently searching for enthusiastic and committed individual to join our dynamic team as Senior Bartender who will be responsible for providing drinks and offering customized recommendations as well as supervising and leading a team of bartenders while ensuring smooth operations during shifts and maintaining a positive work environment. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers an opportunity for casual conversation, and creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury restaurant or high-end bar, with a focus on crafting premium cocktails and beverages.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a high-end establishment, overseeing a team of bartenders and support staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a cohesive team.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures, point-of-sale systems, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry.
- Bartending certification or relevant training is preferred, but not mandatory.
