We’re seeking a Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager for a prestigious global bank. The role will be based in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.

As a Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Serve a designated portfolio of clients in the Commercial Banking business segment

2. Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross-selling, and offering suitable corporate banking services to the existing customers

3. Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance

4. Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority

5. Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality

6. Provide guidance, coaching, and support for junior teammates

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Corporate Banking business segment
- Good knowledge of the corporate banking products and services
- Familiar with the general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements
- Previous exposure to the preparation of credit proposal
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional English is required, Chinese is highly preferred
