**Job Summary**:
Structural BIM Modeler responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for structural engineering projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage BIM models for structural engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure accurate representation of structural elements.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, MEP).
- Use BIM software to perform structural analysis and calculations.
- Validate the accuracy of BIM models against structural design documents.
- Identify and resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM model.
- Coordinate BIM models with other project stakeholders (e.g., architects, contractors).
- Resolve clashes and conflicts between different disciplines.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information in the BIM model.
- Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, including standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Create and manage BIM deliverables for projects.

**Education & Experience**:

- Certification in Civil Engineering and Certification in BIM Modelling/or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Proven experience in BIM modelling using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design methods.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures).
- Experience with BIM implementation and management.
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
