Job Title:
**Scaffolder Supervisor - PTW Holder**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Oversee and manage a team of scaffolders on site. Ensure that all tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
- **Permit to Work (PTW) Management**: Responsible for issuing and ensuring that all scaffolding work complies with the Permit to Work systems. This includes ensuring safety procedures are followed and permits are completed as required by site regulations.
- **Scaffold Inspections**: Regularly inspect scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- **Training and Development**: Mentor and train junior scaffolders, ensuring that they understand their duties, safety protocols, and technical requirements.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce site safety policies and ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards. Address any issues or hazards promptly.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain records of scaffolding work, safety checks, and PTW documentation. Report progress, issues, and incidents to site management.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure scaffolding work aligns with project schedules and goals.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any scaffolding-related issues that arise on site, including adjustments or modifications to structures as required.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a scaffolder with at least 4 to 5 years in a supervisory role. Experience with PTW systems is crucial.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform detailed risk assessments and safety checks.

**Certifications**:

- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, or equivalent.
- Relevant scaffolding qualifications (e.g., CISRS or other recognized scaffolding certifications).
- QE Approved & PTW Holder certification.

Immediate Joiners (Preferable)

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Scaffolder Supervisor: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

License/Certification:
