The **Assistant Property Accounts Officer** is responsible for supporting the property department in managing tenancy contracts, monitoring rental income, and ensuring timely collection of pending rents. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate records of rental transactions, including cash and cheque collections. The officer will also prepare monthly financial and tenancy reports, perform bank reconciliations, and coordinate with tenants through calls and visits to follow up on outstanding payments with the support of superior. Additionally, the Assistant Property Accounts Officer ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to the smooth operation of property and rental management activities

Salary **package**starting from QAR 4,200 till 5,500 as Maximum as per qualifications and experience. But still a possibility for negotiable upon successfully qualified the Interview.
