**Description**

1. Cash Management:

- Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of cash flow positions, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Cash Disbursements: Monitor and manage outgoing cash flow, ensuring payments are timely and efficient while maintaining appropriate controls.

2. Banking and Relationships:

- Short-term Investments: Evaluate and execute short-term investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds.
- Debt Management: Monitor and manage debt levels, including evaluating borrowing needs and negotiating with lenders to obtain the best terms.

3. Risk Management:

- Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk: Identify and manage foreign exchange risks and manage the forex hedging strategy of the company.
- Interest Rate Risk: Assess and mitigate interest rate risks associated with debt and investments. 4 Tax Compliance and Reporting:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns (income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and ensure compliance with tax regulations such as contracts reporting to General Tax authority.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and review financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and company policies
- Conduct financial analysis, assist in preparation of budgets and variance analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales and legal to coordinate activities and achieve common financial goals.
- External Communication: Interface with external stakeholders, including banks and auditors

**Requirements**:

- Qualification Required: CA, CPA, ACCA
- Experience Range: 5-10 years
- Should be under husband or father's sponsorship and should hold a valid QID.

**Skill Set**:

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in accounting.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including IFRS.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
