**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on **Restaurant Supervisor** with experience in **luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels**. In this role, you will help lead our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service in a premium environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Train, motivate, and support restaurant team members to provide exceptional guest service
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and food safety regulations
- Oversee inventory and help with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Assist in scheduling, assigning tasks, and controlling labor costs
- Support new staff training and ongoing team development

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Restaurant Supervisor** or similar leadership role in **luxury restaurants and/or 5-star hotels**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible schedule — able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) experience
