This requirement is one of our premium five-star French café and restaurant chain in Qatar, renowned for our elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and world-class dining experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a five-star or premium dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and ready to join immediately.
