**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum and façade works, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client expectations.
- **Tendering and Contracts**:

- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation for aluminum and façade projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate tenders from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- **Project Cost Management**:

- Monitor and control project costs, identifying any cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Certify subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with contracts and agreements.
- **Risk and Value Management**:

- Conduct regular risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate financial risks.
- Implement value engineering techniques to ensure optimal project outcomes while maintaining quality.
- **Measurement and Valuations**:

- Prepare bills of quantities, take-offs, and interim valuations for aluminum and façade elements.
- Conduct site measurements and assess variations during the project lifecycle.
- **Change Order and Variation Management**:

- Assess and evaluate any project changes or variations, preparing documentation and cost impacts.
- Ensure change orders are documented and approved before execution.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, contracts, and industry standards.
- Provide regular project financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in aluminum and façade projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of aluminum systems and façade installation processes.
- Proficient in cost estimating software (e.g., Candy, CostX, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- **Certifications**: MRICS or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
