- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing contractors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Monthly Salary: QAR 2,200
