**Location**: Ras-Laffan, Qatar
**Salary**: 2,200 QAR per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (with possibility of extension)
**Working Hours**: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise MEP systems installation, commissioning, and maintenance across the site.
- Ensure all MEP systems and processes meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers and other teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP-related tasks.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to MEP systems.
- Manage MEP contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Promote safety in all aspects of work, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP activities for construction projects.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and their installation and maintenance in industrial environments.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing contractors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Monthly Salary: QAR 2,200
