**Overview**: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that help achieve organizational goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and align with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in testing efforts to validate and verify that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide support during implementation, including user training, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experiance in analyzing emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and prototyping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic speakers preferred.
