**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain **quality control procedures and checklists** for all site activities.
- Conduct **regular inspections** and audits on finishing, joinery, MEP integration, and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain **inspection requests (IRs)**, quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.
- Ensure all **materials and workmanship** meet project requirements before installation and final approval.
- Participate in **mock-ups, material approvals, and method statement reviews** to ensure compliance from the start.
- Oversee the **snagging and de-snagging** process, ensuring all works are rectified before final handover.
- Support the project team during **handover documentation**, including as-built drawings, warranties, and quality certificates.
- Promote a culture of **continuous quality improvement** on site and ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum **6 years of experience** in **quality control for interior fit-out projects** (commercial, retail, hospitality, or luxury residential).
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation standards, and quality inspection methods.
- Proven experience in preparing quality documentation and handling inspections with consultants and clients.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management systems.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
