**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines on-site.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions or practices and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and client HSE standards.
- Maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and training records.
- Participate in emergency drills and incident investigations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Minimum **3 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry**.
- Solid knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
