Designation: HSE Planner

Job role:

Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections, for

maintenance and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal

performance and reliability of equipment and systems.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • High school Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Oil and Gas Field.
  • Strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Safety Technicians.
  • Solid understanding of the Technical Planner and scheduler for activities related to Safety

Equipment PM.

  • Good computer literate with a knowledge of SAP and commonly used business software

applications.

  • Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance systems, performance measures, and their applications.
  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills and good understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good understanding regarding the working and correct usage of different types of safety

equipment (Breathing Apparatus/Gas Monitors/Fall Arrestors/PPEs etc.).

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member.
  • Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures.
  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive and corrective inspections, to

maintenance and integrity activities related to the Safety Department to ensure optimal

performance and reliability of equipment and systems.

  • Coordinate and follow up on all necessary transportation and logistics.
  • Coordinate and ensure material availability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance assigned to the Safety Department.
  • Ensure daily RBWS meeting occurrence and relevant representation for preventative and

corrective maintenance assigned to Safety Department.

  • Coordinate and follow up on the ITP/PO, delivery notes, invoices, and SES.
  • Review Safety critical equipment services records and timesheets.
