**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development & Lead Generation**:

- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for Odoo’s ERP and other business solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and trends.
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:

- Present Odoo’s software solutions through product demonstrations and meetings with potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Odoo’s ERP solutions tailored to the customer’s business.
- Customize Odoo’s offerings to match customer-specific needs and industry requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ business processes and provide consultation on how Odoo can improve their operations.
- Address and resolve any client queries, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage and track sales opportunities using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work with Odoo consultants and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the product suite and the latest market trends.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, contracts, and sales agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Additional certifications related to sales or ERP software (e.g., Odoo certifications) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in software sales, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
- Experience in selling Odoo or similar ERP software is a strong advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo, is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
