INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SPECIALIST - BROWNFIELD AND HUC

Are you an experienced Instrumentation and Control professional looking for a challenging role in the heart of Doha, Qatar? We are seeking a seasoned IC Specialist to embark on a contract-based journey within the dynamic world of Oil & Gas construction projects. This is your opportunity to contribute significantly to some of the industry's most sophisticated operations.
- Efficiently lead and supervise brownfield activities executed by the EPC Contractor related to Instrumentation and Control Discipline.
- Review the contractor's construction and Brownfield deliverables such as Method Statements, procedures, etc as per company specification.
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Instrumentation, Instrumentation Control, Safety Systems (ICSS) operations and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
- To contribute to the engineering, design check for the instrumentation and ICSS aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements by providing, Instrumentation and ICSS inputs.

To thrive in this position, it's essential that you possess:

- Engineer or technician with more than 10 years' experience in O&G facility construction, project or operations.
- Technical background with Minimum of 10 years' experience in Instrumentation Construction, Project, commissioning or Maintenance of O&G
- Experience in offshore Instrumentation construction, commissioning and brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
- Good Knowledge in Instrumentation Control and Safety Systems ICSS and commissioning
- Good knowledge of international codes / Standards related to instrumentation and ICSS.
